Cancellation Policy

Clients must reschedule or cancel any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled with proper notice, the client will receive one courtesy rescheduling opportunity. Any cancellations beyond the one courtesy reschedule, even in the case of adequate notice, will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Clients will have to issue a new payment to schedule a new appointment. Rescheduling an appointment is subject to availability. Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
