Tia N. Williams (she/her) is the visionary behind iOrganizeKhaos Consulting. With over a decade of experience as an educator and instructional designer in higher education, Tia has mastered the art of taking complex ideas and transforming them into actionable, results-driven solutions. Her background in Counseling Psychology and Instructional Systems Design gives her a rare combination: the analytical precision to design systems that work and the emotional intelligence to understand the humans navigating them. But Tia's expertise doesn't come from textbooks alone. As someone who's juggled graduate school, multiple teaching roles, and the realities of student loan repayment, she understands what it means to manage competing priorities while still pursuing growth. She knows what it's like to feel overwhelmed by the gap between where you are and where you want to be—and she's built a career helping others close that gap.
